Torch-on waterproofing uses rolls of bituminous membrane. The proposal considers surface preparation, membrane laps, upturns, terminations and drainage details for the site.
Scope may include

- Completion of agreed terminations and drainage details

Warranty terms, if offered, are stated in the quotation. Customer measurements are initial inputs; chargeable quantities also consider preparation, joints, upturns, laps and practical material allowances where applicable.
